Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To cancel or update the shipping address on an order, please email us at support@justcalendars.com.au or submit a support ticket through our website.

Our customer service team typically responds within 24-48 hours. However, our warehouse team may dispatch orders faster than we can respond to emails. While we will do our best to update an address before shipping, we cannot guarantee it once processing has begun.
