Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To update your shipping address, you will be required to modify your existing order. This process will cancel your initial order, allowing you to place it again with the corrected details.

To do this, find the "Edit or Cancel Order" option located at the bottom of your order confirmation email and adhere to the outlined steps. Kindly be aware that modifications to your address are not possible after the order has reached the fulfillment stage or is in the packing process.z
