I have returned my parcel, how long until I get a refund?

After your returned item arrives at our facility, it will undergo an inspection process. Once the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method immediately. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in the account from which you originally paid. You will be notified via email at each step of this process for your convenience.
